So, how do you get your home into the Previews® program? The first step is to call us to tour your home. After the initial meeting and tour, we will get to work developing your market analysis. Please understand that because of our stringent list of qualifying characteristics, not every high-end home will qualify to be a Previews® home. In addition to having a market value in excess of $700,000, the property must be in immaculate selling condition. As you'll discover, we are very discriminating about which homes are included in this program. The more elite the property, the better the program works for all our clients. Once accepted into the program, selling your home will become top priority of our Previews® team.
